Clubhouse

To rent the clubhouse you must make a $75 deposit. You can rent once a year for no charge, each day after is $25. Please contact the social director to rent or for more info

Pool and Tennis

Any resident in good standing may use the pool or tennis courts year round. Hours are from 8 AM until 10 PM. Both areas are lit. Please make sure to take all trash with you lest the bears and racoons make a mess of the place overnight!

Fishing

Fishing in the pond and in the river are allowed. The pond is periodically re-stocked with fish.

  • Bear Sightings
    What to do? You need not call if you just see the a bear. They are part of our habitat, but for our saftey it is advisable to report bear sighting if the a bear is injured, aggressive or too friendly, please call Wildlife Assistant Bioliogist at 352-732-1225.

The pool is open year round to residents from morning until night and is a great place to relax after work or on the weekends. Plenty of room for parties too!
The playground is a great place to take the kids for a game of tag or a swing and is the setting of many of our kid focused social events.
Two Tennis courts are available for residents during the day and we have lessons available for adults and kids during the week.
Just a hop across Markham Woods Rd is the famous Seminole Wekiva Trail with great walking and biking through Lake Mary or down past the Sandlando Park to Apopka! To the north you'll find amazing fence art by local painter Jeff Sonksen and the Paint The Trail crew.
Kids and adults enjoy fishing in the ponds and rivers around our neighborhood. Relax by the fountain or get more serious over the bridge or even in kayak or canoe.

Enjoy the diverse wildlife, beautiful views, or even canoe into the Wekiva Preseve all on the little Wekiva river which runs through the neighborhood and connects us and our watersheds to the St. Johns River system.
