Springs Landing Amenities
Our Neighborhood is a great place to live and here are just a few reasons why:
- The Seminole-Wekiva Bicycle Trail
- Sanlando Springs Public Park
- Wekiva Springs Park
- Woodlands Elementary
- Rock Lake Middle School
- Lyman High School
The clubhouse can be reserved for meetings and parties. To rent the clubhouse you must make a $75 deposit. You can rent once a year for no charge, each day after is $25. Please contact the social director to rent or for more info.
The pool is open year round to residents from morning until night and is a great place to relax after work or on the weekends. Plenty of room for parties too!
The playground is a great place to take the kids for a game of tag or a swing and is the setting of many of our kid focused social events.
Two Tennis courts are available for residents during the day and we have lessons available for adults and kids during the week.
Just a hop across Markham Woods Rd is the famous Seminole Wekiva Trail with great walking and biking through Lake Mary or down past the Sandlando Park to Apopka! To the north you'll find amazing fence art by local painter Jeff Sonksen and the Paint The Trail
Kids and adults enjoy fishing in the ponds and rivers around our neighborhood. Relax by the fountain or get more serious over the bridge or even in kayak or canoe.
Enjoy the diverse wildlife, beautiful views, or even canoe into the Wekiva Preseve all on the little Wekiva river which runs through the neighborhood and connects us and our watersheds to the St. Johns River system.
